With 4 extruders we have the capacity to granulate/compounding a large volume into homogeneous qualities.
‘Basic’ regranulates are produced under the PP SortiMore® brand name (to be colored by the customer himself) or customer-specific colored compounds under the PP PlastiMore® brand name, that meet all further requested product specifications in both preferences. For more complex compounds, Morein Plastics can also produce hybrid-compounds under the PP DuMore® brand name.
The regranulates and compounds are packed in octabins, big-bags or delivered by silo trailer.
Before, during and after the processing process, the regranulates are extensively assessed and checked by internal and external lab controls. This guarantees quality.
